Frequently Asked Questions

This page will be updated as it becomes available.

If a solution is mentioned as being available on the product description page, we will send it to you by email upon request.

Solutions are provided as part of our responsibility as the manufacturer and seller, and are intended for customers who have purchased the puzzle. If we have no record of your purchase, we may ask you to provide a photo showing that you own the puzzle. Please do not share the solution we provide with others or redistribute it via social media or any other means.

We do not reproduce sold-out puzzles unless stated on the product page. Puzzles with simple configurations, such as Juno's L7 Notchable, may be reproduced to use up timber inventory.

You can check the estimated delivery time on the Australia Post website. The link is for shipments to the United States, but if you click on Change at the top of the page, you can select your destination country and view relevant information for that location.

The delivery estimates shown on the page are for shipments between major cities. Since our location is in a remote area, it may take extra time for the parcel to leave Australia. Similarly, if the destination is far from a major city, delivery may take longer.

Even after the parcel arrives in the destination country, it can sometimes take a while to clear customs. If the tracking shows that the parcel hasn't moved for an extended period, this may be the reason-please keep an eye on it.
