Loopy L Cube #2
Although the construction of this puzzle is very similar to its brother, one of our former products Loopy L Cube #1, the difficulty of the puzzle is significantly increased thanks to the through holes on the L-shaped pieces. You are unsure from which side of the through hole the white tongue will be inserted. By considering the orientation of each individual piece systematically, you can still reach the goal and can assemble a 3 x 3 x 3 cube. We don't say it's an easy task though.
Same as the #1, none of a single piece can be taken out from the assembled cube shape. It means you have to assemble a sort of two half cubes at first and then you need to put both together.
The material of the puzzle is also the same as the #1 and slightly different decoration is given to the tray made of PNG Rosewood, one of Juno's favorite timber species. It was a tricky task to make deep through holes onto the L-shaped pieces even with a CNC router because the pieces have to be secured on the worktable steadily in several different orientations. The milling bit had to be extended a lot longer than usual and it could make the milling work unstable.
We are anyway happy with the outcome of the finished product and have been ourselves enjoying the puzzle quite a long time.
The puzzle is sold disassembled. The solution to this puzzle will be supplied upon request by Burr Tools file format.
