We had prepared over 100 puzzles, but starting just before the release, the site experienced roughly three times the traffic we saw during the Hugo the Hippo launch, resulting in intense competition. Many people have contacted us asking if there will be a second chance to purchase. So, we would like to share the following information: We have set aside a few Tortoise Protocol puzzles to cover potential issues, such as defects we may have overlooked or damage during shipping. We will decide what to do with these puzzles about a month from now. If we are able to offer them in some form as a second chance, we will announce it through our newsletter.
